Sometimes we struggle, we get anxious, depressed, we suffer abuse or trauma... My approach to resolving life struggles is two fold: yoga and body oriented awareness helps release stored trauma and suffering, and mentoring helps bring clarity to what we live from a spiritual yet practical perspective.
